Hi Michael

You didn't type the names in full for Alexander McCrady's brothers, but they seem to match that of John Thomas McCrady's sons. Though I am not completely ceratain, I believe I may have some information on your Alexander McCrady's ancestors. The McCrady family that I am descended from originally came from Loudoun County, Virginia to Mason County, Kentucky in the early 1800s. My direct ancestor, William McCrady, moved to Hancock County, Illinois in the mid 1830s. I have reason to believe that John Thomas McCrady was William's nephew and the son of his brother Alexander McCready who died around 1850 in Bracken County, Kentucky.

Hope to hear back from you
Roger Miller
