McDill - Scotland/Canada
Posted by: William James McDill Date: March 10, 2000 at 06:19:15
  of 342

My father came to Canada in 1945, after WWII. He is the first one from our family to come to Canada. I have been reading messages on the forum, most related to people in the USA., and I have no idea if any of my family has any connections in the USA. My family comes from the Dumfries/Kircudbright area in Scotland, and I have trace back to around 1750. I have heard rumors, that we came from Ireland but, only rumors. If anybody wishes to trade information, please email, and I will try to cross index with my bit of information.
