I am descended from John Peden (1750-1810), their son, who married Jenny Archer. The family lived in Chester County, South Carolina. These were their children. Samuel John b 1767 married Isabella James b 1777 d 1845 married Margaret McElvain William Peggy Dolly Jenny Lizzy m Brucker Hagood 25 Nov 1819 James went to Todd County, Kentucky and later settled in Montgomery County, Illinois. Hope this helps a little. I think John (1750-1810) was David's older brother.
