Do you have the names of their other children ? Could one of their children have been Daniel and if so could he have been born in NC (poss. SC)?

Please, Please answer back this could be the missing link that I need. The Daniel I have in my family I have come to a dead end on BUT there is a book out there that states by one of his grandchildren that the parents of Daniel were a "Scotch man and a Turk". In older dictionarys a "Turk" is someone with a darker complextion. Could that be the "Indian" that you refer to.

Looking forward to your answer.
