Seeking information on Daniel McDougald, b. before 1755 most likely in Scotland and was in Cumberland Co. NC by the 1780's. I believe he was married to Catherine (Buie?). Daniel died abt 1820 in Cumberland Co. NC. At least two of his children, Allen and Malcom moved to TN, about the time of his death.
Any information would really be appreciated.
