I'm off on another trail as you can see. I'm now researching information on Maria Louisa (Howard) McEvers b. Mar. 20, 1764 and James McEvers.
They married on Dec. 2, 1779 in Claverack, New York and raised 12 children.
James was a veteran of the American Revolutionary War and I believe was born in Scotland Sept 1, 1755.
I would like more information on where in Scotland James was born and more general information on Maria.
