Thank you. So many Arthur's. It gets confusing.
This is probably the same group I've been looking at, but I had Sarah's name as Sarah Caroline McFalls. Of course, I suppose they could do anything they wanted with names.
I have Sarah as the daughter of Arthur McFalls and Hazy McHone also. Sarah went on to marry John William Lowery of Yancy Co., NC. One of their sons was my great-grandfather, Henry Wesley Lowery.
There seems to have been a lot of work on Hazy McHone's family. Briefly, I have her as the daughter of Kimble McHone of Stokes Co., NC. He was the son of Micajah (b 1770 in VA). Before him there was Archibald McHone. Then there was Sackville Mahone (b 1721 in New Kent Co., VA)
Back to Arthur McFalls: It would seem, then, that James> then Arthur came from Ms. Hollifield and not Teek. Am I right? But still, this is further back than I've been able to go, so far.
