HI Doris, I have ancestors buried in Vernon Cemetery but haven't been able to locate gravesite. They are Allen M. Day, died April 1903 and his wife Emily McFann Day died July 1891. Also his parents John Day (died Oct 1870 and wife Rebecca James Day died Mar 1878) are buried somewhere in same vicinity. I think Emily McFann's father was David McFann, Sr. who died in Dec 1837 in Scioto Co. and his wife was Mary Fleece McFann who died after August 1860 in Scioto Co., Ohio also.
If any of these names come up when you are checking out cemeteries, I would certainly enjoy hearing from you.
Thanks for any help. Best always, Johanne Raymond
