Hello Kristin:
For Sarah Ann Rafferty M 1874 +/- 1 yr, Co. Tyrone, I found 1 rcd, 1875, Omagh RD.
For John McGarity M ditto, ditto. These M rcds are HIGHLY likely to be for your ancestors.
For Sarah Ann Raggerty B 1853 +/- 4 yrs, Co. Tyrone, with a father forenamed Pat(rick), I found 1 rcd, 1854, Beragh RD.
For John McGarity B 1858 ditto, with a father forenamed John, I found 0 rcds. There is an 1858 B rcd, but the father was forenamed Bernard, and the parish/district was Beragh.
For Patrick Rafferty M 1854 +/- 4 yrs, Co. Tyrone, I found 5 rcds: 2-1850, 2-1853, and 1856.
For Ann(e) Rogers M ditto, I found 10 rcds: 1850, 2-1852, 2-1853, 3-1855, 1856, and 1858. By inspection, there are several potential matches. Will leave it to you to screen the database by parish to see it there are matching rcds in the same yr/parish. If so, they are HIGHLY likely to be for this pair.
You can also pursue earlier B/M events for these ancestors. However, rcds become increasingly sparse, especially for protestants in Ulster province.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
