Hi there, very interested to see your posting on Genforum. I know that we had distant relatives in and around Port Glasgow. I think via Campbell marriages. I know as a boy I met Annie and I think Agnes. My link is via an Aunt now deceased by the name of Catherine Campbell (Kate)who married an Andrew Hurst. She was born in Co Antrin but reared in Scotland by Aunts and Uncles (Family scandal and all that jazz) I think she lived with George and Annie Campbell from Ballycastle originally. I think Greenock, and Milngavie have been mentioned in the folk lore as well. I wonder if the Traynors in that region are relatives as well, as ther are a few members that remain elusive as far as Irish records are concerned. Hope to hear from you, Sean Traynor.
