Something in your description makes me think they are in my line. There is a Matthew and an Andrew, Andrew may be my gg, in my recollection. His sons could have been Francis X, my gf, Alouysios (?)Edward and some daughters I remember Mary Gagnon, but there were others. Francis X married Sara Terwillger and these folks all begain their lives in the Poughkeepsi/Newberg/Beacon area with Francis somehow getting to Brooklyn, NY and on to Clifton,NJ where my own recollection begins My father Andrew was born in Poughkeepsi in 1910. His brother was Clement A. I recall hearing of a daughter who passed very young of diptheria. My uncle, Clement (known as Pete) passed in January this year and had one son, Clement, in San Rafael,CA. I have two daughter, Sharon and Shannon and one son, Steven Andrew. Steven has 2 sons, Steven and Tyler and a daughter Sarah. Sharon has a daughter, Natalie. Clement researched the family on the ground in Roscammon, finding the family and the church with records. The link which enabled that find was an accidental photograph of an Irish Airlines pilot (McGarry) who lived in England. I have distant recollection of Andrew my gg marrying in England. But that is very vague and perhaps inaccurate. I'll pull out my notes from my Aunt Helen, who predeceased my uncle Clement.
