McGarry relatives in Ireland

I am trying to trace descendents of the following who may be living in Northern Ireland/Belfast

My granfather was William John McGarry, born Belfast c. 1880
He and his sister Sarah emigrated to Liverpool (Bootle) with their father, John McGarry (spelt Megarry in documents) who was a waiter in a Belfast Hotel and lived on Bruce St. He became a L'pool dock worker. Their Parish in Belfast was St Malachys. John McGarry had a sister Bridget. Their father was Michael Mcgarry (Megarry)(born 1830) and his father a Thomas McGarry (Megarry) township of Legoneil, Parish of Shankill.
