Illinois McGillen

Looking for McGillen descendants from Chicago. EDWARD and ANN McGillen, siblings, immgrated to Chicago in the late 1840's from County Fermanagh, Ireland. I think that they are related to Peter McGillen who immigrated to Canada. Hoping an American McGillen can help me make the connection.
Edward's son, John, a Chicago politician, had one daughter, Rosalie, who married James Trotter Bristol. They had two children, Patricia and James T., Jr.
There is one other McGillen line in Illinois that I have been tracing - PATRICK McGillen and his wife Hannah or Anna Connell. Patrick immigrated from "Northern Ireland" - possibly Fermanagh. Children: Mary (Mamie), John P., Frank, James, Joseph, Agnes.
