Bangor Abbey Graveyard



HARRISON

This stone was erected by Joseph Harrison of Bangor Granshaw in memory of his wife Katherine Harrison, otherwise McGIMPSEY who departed this life 4th December 1805 aged 26 years Also two of his children Here lieth the body of John Harrison who departed this life 26th February 1852 aged 30 years James Harrison died at Drumhirk 1st July 1881 aged 66 years Also his wife Isabella who died 30th Dec 1897 aged 76 years Also Minnie Harrison wife of Alexander Harrison who died 8th April 1890 aged 25 years Alexander who died 25th March 1909 aged 48, James who died 16th May 1910 aged 49, twin sons of the above named James Harrison.

[Inscription on the back] This stone claims 3 graves, 1 on each side.
