Nancy Jane Couch b. 1813

Can someone tell me what evidence there is that Nancy Jane Couch b. 1813 TN married Robert Newton McGinty? I find a Nancy b. 1813 married to Robert in 1850, however, when I look on Ancestry at connected trees they have Nancy Jane Couch as being born in 1824, with no sources to corroborate this year. Eleven years difference in birth dates seems pretty significant. Also, that would mean she would would have gotten married at age 13/14 and married Robert when he was age 30. I know that's not unheard of, my ggrandmother lied her age and was married at 14, but her husband was only a couple of years older. I could find no record/source of their marriage, though the year 1834 in Van Buren AR seems to be popular on Ancestry trees (that would make Nancy age 10 when she got married if the 1824 birth date is correct). I'm open to anything, however, if anyone has any sources I would very much appreciate any assistance you can give me.

I've been researching my daughter's paternal side and she's very interested in all of the military men of her family because she herself has been serving our country (Army) proudly for almost 21 years! I know she would be very grateful for all clues. She has a particular interest in her ancestors that served in the Revolutionary War. She is a member of the DAR and would love to be able to honor those ancestors who served.

Nancy Jane would be her 4th ggrandmother. Joseph H McGinty (b. 1851) who I believe was Nancy's son is her 3rd ggrandfather, he married a woman named Martha and had Sarah E McGinty (b. 1869 AR)who is her 2nd ggrandmother who married J C C Bunker. If I have Joseph's parents wrong, please let me know that as well. I think this Joseph can be found living with Hardin Couch in the 1860 census, so I've never really been able to directly connect Joseph to Robert and Nancy; any help there would be appreciated as well. Joseph and Martha can be found in the 1870 Wellborn, Conway AR census. There is also a boy 1 year of age by the name of Frank Stobuck living with them.

Thank you all so much for whatever help you can give me.
