Thanks so much for your help. I am new at this.I believe George's wife was Emma.They had five children, "Buddie" who I believe was also named George, Gladys (my mother's mother), Claude (a woman), Grace, and another daughter who's name starts with an "N".Emma died and he remarried to a Delauey Taylor, and they had two daughters.I don't know much about them.
I live about 65 miles from Cumby and I have an aunt, the oldest child of Gladys who is still living there today. i know that Gladys is buried at Long Cemetary along with her husband.
I found some information posted on Rootsweb about Henry and his parents.This is a great lead.
Thanks again for your help.This is very interesting.If you know any interesting tidbits about the family I would love to hear them.
