I have some information about the ancestors of Margaret Elsie McGowan. Her father was John Gardner McGowan and he was born in Northend,Warwickshire in 1878. John's father was John McGowan, born about 1854 in Ireland. He was a coalminer. John married Emma Gardner(b 1851, Northend, Warwickshire. Emma was a daughter of my gggrandfather, William Gardner who was born 1812,died 1881 in Northend, Warwickshire.
