McGowan Family from County Leitrim

I am searching for family of Rose/Rosanna McGowan who emigrated from County Leitrim to Attleboro, Massachusetts in the 1870s. Rose is indicated as a widow (b. 1825) on the 1880 census, with adult children Barbara, Rose, Terrence, and Kate. I am quite sure that she also had another daughter named Bridget, who was married at the time of that census (husband John Turley), and there is verbal family stories of another daughter named Margaret or Maggie and a son who died in infancy. So this makes a total of 7 children, 5 daughters and 2 sons. Mother Rose was married to Daniel McGowan in Ireland, and I have come across an insurance document for daughter, Barbara McGowan Brennan, which lists her birthplace as Kinlough, Co. Leitrim. Barbara also lists her father as dying in 1865 of typhoid fever. Lastly, Barbara's death certificate lists her mother's maiden name as Rose Clancy, but I have found no other evidence of this. Any info on this particular family would be greatly appreciated. I know that there are many McGowan families in this part of Ireland. Feel free to contact me directly at Thank you! Jane Wier
