Peggy,

I'm mortified that I just came upon your listing of over a year ago. I am Betty's daughter. FYI - My aunts Jane and Alice are alive and well (as is Mom). They live in FL and CO respectively. Mom is here in VA. I don't have my records here at the moment. Who were your Anna McHale's parents? I would love to contact Bridget McHale's g'daughter as well. If I can dig out my records, I have a copy of the obituary for the original William McHale who died in your grandmother's(?) home. It even describes how he died rather peacefluly there. Unfortunately, since he was the Irish immigrant, it doesn't spell out his home town in Mayo, but our family history says it was near Mt. Nephin/Ballina. Do you know anything about this?
Please let me know how you are and we'll keep digging to fill in info about these elusive McHales.

Margaret
