Hi Peggy,
My name is Erin McHale. I randomly found this site and comment from you while looking around online. I thought that I might have some information for you that could be helpful. I have a grandfather named Edward McHale and he owned a McHale funeral parlor in Miami, FL. He grew up in Carbondale, PA and I do recall him saying that his family ran a funeral parlor in Carbondale, PA. I don't know what his father's name was but I do know that he had between 10-12 brothers and sisters. He was born in 1919 and he is still alive today. If you would like me to speak to him to see if there is a connection for your search, I would be happy to. Just let me know.
