My great grandmother was Isabelle McKane,daughter of James McKane and Kitora Funk Brady. Isabelle was born 9/12/1656 in Syracuse, Kosciusco Co., IN, married James Franklin Rentfrow 8/15/1880 in Milford, Elkhart Co., IN, and died 9/4/1923 in Miami, Ottawa Co., OK. She is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Joplin, jasper Co., MO. Her siblings were: George W. b1850, John F. b1851, David b1853, Alexander 1855, and Francis b1859.
Her father,James McKane, was b1806 in Reading, PA, and died 3/22/1871 in Syracuse, Kosciusco Co., IN. He is buried in the Syracuse Cemetery. Let me know if any of this connects.
