Looking for information on the parents and date/place and birth/death of Agnes McKechnie. She married Thomas McGowan on August 24 1845 in Gorbals, Lanark, Scotland. Agnes and Thomas had 9 children:

1. Agnes Liddle McGowan (married John Bashford O'Hara July 6 1869 in Glasgow Scotland) - birthdate unknown (approx 1852)

3. Maria McGowan - b Sep 30 1856
4. Thomas McGowan - b Nov 30 1858
5. Rosanna Fletcher McGowan - b Dec 17 1860
6. Margaret Adelaide Gray McGowan - b Oct 16 1862
7. Bernard McGowan - b Aug 20 1864
8. Elizabeth McGowan - b Jun 5 1866
9. Peter McKechnie McGowan - b Dec 26 1867
