Hello Mamie, do you have an actual full date of Samuel McKee's naturalization??? I searched on Ancestry and am not finding his naturalization records, but of course, they may not have them...do you have a copy of these records, also do you have anything further on Samuel McKee's ancestry???
I descend from Ambrose McKee and family who migrated to Panola Co. MS in the 1850s from Hardeman Co. TN, he was in Rutherford Co. TN before this and did a few yrs. in the Franklin Co. AL area...
I'm now wondering if Samuel McKee is related to our Ambrose McKee in some way but I also found a tree on Ancestry that traces our McKee's back into Germany in the 1700s.
I think I might have found on Ancestry where Samuel McKee came to America in 1834 but of course I can't be positive this was him but his date of birth only fits this one, thanks, Kay.
