Seeking information about William McKelvy and Wilbur McKelvy, brothers. Did either one serve in the Civil War? Possibly born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania. William was a doctor or a dentist and Wilbur was an attorney. They had a brother, James McGowan McKelvy who was born in Wilkinsburg, on April 19, 1835. He was a prominent citizen in St. Cloud, Minnesota. William or Wilbur received a Civil War era presentation sword with W. H. McKelvy on the blade. I believe it belonged to either William or Wilbur. What did the H. stand for?
