SCOT-IRISH CLAN MCKIRGAN EST 1998
Posted by: Tom McKirgan Date: December 05, 1999 at 16:31:28

This is the first posting to the new MCKIRGAN Genealogy Forum. I felt that having our own forum would benefit all those researching our surname by enabling us to share information into our past.

I firmly believe that..."We Don't Know Who We Are, Until We Know Who We Were". MCKIRGAN'S are of Scot-Irish descent and are a proud clan with a colorful history. My 3X grandparents Thomas and Jane Lyons MCKIRGAN arrived in the United States from County Antrim, Ireland in 1798. I would enjoy hearing from all of you and look forward to seeing an active forum.

Sincerely,
Tom McKirgan of The Clan McKirgan
