Hi Eleanor,

I found a bit on your family but a few changes from what you have.

I found the following marriages.

1909 ONTARIO COUNTY, ONTARIO
Robert Stanley MCKNIGHT, teamster, bachelor
25 years old, baptist
Usual residence: Toronto
Father: Thomas McKnight, farmer
Mother: Sarah Reed

Minnie Wood, servant, spinster
32 years old
Baptist
Usual residence: Toronto
Father: Emmanuel Wood, mason
Mother: Elizabeth Latchford

marriage date: July 28, 1909
Whitby Township, Ontario, Ontario
by Licence
Witnesses: John Vansinclair, Oshawa
Mrs. J. Vansinclair

So this shows his middle name as Stanley, rather than Samuel. If you don't have a copy of this I can send it to you via e-mail. Let me know if you want it.

I also found your g-grandfather's marriage

Father: George William Gabb, labourer
