This is interesting to know your McLins were in Hardin County and Wayne. Our James C Mclin was in Wayne county, 1840, then Hardin County 1850. I have a feeling this must of been on the county line. I know at least one or two of James's boys stayed in Hardin Co. for awhile anyway and one daughter.
Go back as far asy ou can and give me some dates, maybe we can tie in.
