John McMackin, son of Elizabeth Falls and Thomas McMackin Jr.

I am seeking inormation about Elizabeth Falls, the mother of John McMackin. Below is information about them and I am trying to confirm this information and finding out more about Elizabeth.

On 25 April 1809 (County minutes books Oct 1807 - Oct 1809, p 327) the State brought charges against Thomas McMacken Jr. "For begetting a bastard child in the body of Elizabeth Falls" and was ordered to pay $200. On 17 March 1810 Elizabeth Falls herself brought charges against Thomas asking $25 (p5), but Thomas filed his own countercomplaint that he was not being treated fairly, though the entry does not describe the nature of his complaint. Thomas must have felt that we was unfairly singled out as being the father of this child, for on 5 March 1811, Elizabeth Falls brought charges against Thomas McMackin Jr, James McMackin and Thomas Brabson. The defendants were ordered to pay, and the suit was dismissed. This child of Elizabeth Falls was John Johnston McMackin.

Any additional information would be very much appreciated.
