Hi Walter,I also recall the story of the change from Mac to Mc and we used to spell ours with the " beneath the small c.I dropped that spelling long ago due to being lazy.I do not recognize any of the names you mentioned as being in my branch of the tree but there are alot of holes not filled in.My gg-grandfather was Hugh McM and I do not know who his brothers or sisters were and that is where many of our branches have been lost.He goes back to the 1700's, so there is alot of room to loose branches.Also, I need to find the names of Hugh's children.This would account for filling in of more holes.I cant help but feel that we are all related as it seems every trace goes back to Pa after Ireland.If Hugh McM or Chathrine Allison, his wife comes up in any of your research please let me know.Gratefully, Clyde McManigal lll
