Hit the wrong key and lost the followup I started.

I wonder if what you have is any different from what I have in "Deep Roote and Tangled Branches " by G. F. McMindes. He theorizes that Louisa or Mary Jane was the mother of Albert Gideon and on one page says that some thought that Erastus McMindes was the father.

If what you have is different, I would like a copy.
