I am looking for descendants of the following family: James Mcquoid, b abt 1808 in NY, in New Orleans by 1870 (spelled McQuade); marr to Isabella, b bet 1828-1835 in Portugal or Jamaica; son Robert, b abt 1865 in New Orleans; dau Amelia b 1867, New Orleans; and son James b abt 1869 in New Orleans. Isabella listed in 1880 census in New Orleans. The son, Robert, not located in 1900 or 1910 but listed with wife, Loveday, in 1920 census in Westchester County, NY. The daughter, Amelia was married to Francis B. Bain and listed in Newburgh, Orange County, NY in 1900, 1920 & 1930 censuses. The son, James was listed in 1910 in Manhattan, NY with wife Caroline. The names were spelled McQuade, McQuaid, MacQuoid.
