Marilyn, Thanks for your interest and any information you may come across. I think it is interesting that Neal (Cornelius) McShane and Mary McCartney had a son James born around 1869. Maybe James is a common name in that clan around Castleblayney? Soon afterward James was born, Mary emigrated with her children to CT, it seems without Neal. Looking forward hearing from you.
