Hi John - thanks for replying to my McShane enquiry. I live in Scotland and we are from Glasgow. Unfortunately we don't have any family in Dundee - but I'm so amazed at how many McShanes there are. I need to go to the cemetry and check the dates of my Nana and Papa's births. My Papa was Patrick McShane (died April 1950) and Nana was Ellen Largey or Mary Ellen Largey. They eloped from Ireland and came to Glasgow. I know that on my Nana's side at least one of them emigrated to America. I think I have a cousing of my Dad's called Buddy Largey who lives in one of the New York burghs - but not in the City itself. I will need to update my information and will post my findings asap. If I can help with your search let me know and thanks for replying.
