Hi John, since I last wrote I've gotten more information. My McShanes lived in Airdrie Scotland. There were many children and they went different places.

What is interesting is I have a bible page now, written by my great grandmother and she states:

"The McShane's Came to America and settled in South."

Georgia maybe?
