McSweeny, John Birth prior to 1850

I am trying to find information on John McSweeny. He is of Irish descent. We believe his wife was Ellen O'Hara. He was an inspector of some type at a school in Ireland. He had a son named George who was born in 1867. On George's Death certificate where it says, 'Mother' is the word Vahy but we don't know if that is a name, location or what. On the George's birth registry under the section of 'Mother' is the name Ellen O'Hara. The son apparently lived in Acres Ross.Common. Can you provide any additional information? We would appreciate anything at all. Sincerely; Vickie Lee Bonebrake
