Our Angus was married to Annie McAuly(no mention if any other marriages. There is a son John born 01Aug1833 in Isle of Sky,Argylshire?,Scotland. He married Annie McDonald. This John ended up in Gagetown,MI. Don't know anything in between. The family notes say his wife Annie died in Ontario. They had a daughter Annie born 06Apr1864 Ontario,Canada.
No mention of any other sibs for John. I don't know if there are are more and nobody has them listed or if John was an only child.
That is best I have in regards to any early John and Annie.
It doesn't look like we are related-but who knows we might still find a connection.
Do you know if very many of the McVicars came to Detroit via Canada and Scotland?
