the latest on NY, PA, NJ McVicker, etc.

It has been awhile since anyone has posted on the NY/PA/NJ McVicker and Pousch family. I learned from my grandmother (my mother's mother who is a McVicker (her father was Patrick Jr.) that his brother was Albert Sr. (who is the father of the Albert (i.e., Albert Jr.) who has posted on this board. My grandmother told me all of this plus more. She further told me that Elsie McVicker who lives in Pittsburgh and is indeed in her 100th year of living is the mother of Albert Jr. which means she married Albert Sr.. Albert Jr. bought the house that Albert Sr. & Elsie owned and it is now in downtown Pittsburgh but he recently (how I do not know) sold it. I am sorry to hear this as I understood this house (though I could be misunderstanding) was originally the home of Patrick Jr. (father is Patrick Sr. from IRELAND) and Albert Sr. (also same Dad) and Patrick Sr. was married to a widow (from England) named Anne Fairchild (that last name of Anne may not be exact). I would like to visit both the house and Albert Jr.'s mother. Any other info is appreciated.

Side note: Patrick Jr. who married Josephine Posch (and they had Katherine -- who recently died)and then Eleanor (my grandmother -- my mother's mother) and then finally later Gertrude (who passed away several years ago) -- did remarry after Josehpine's death to someone who has been said to go by the name Gladys, but my mother as well as others say her name was actually Louise (if my memory is :-) holding up).

Well I have more but would love to have some information that others have found. Hope to hear from others.
