We're trying to get our hands on a copy or transcription of the estate disbursement for Richard Hall, whose will was filed in 1791 in then-Frederick County Maryland. Richard Hall was the owner and resident of the estate, "Blooming Rose". We don't know when the disbursement took place, and aren't sure where it might reside -- in Garrett, Washington, Frederick, or Prince George's records. We would deeply appreciate any assistance with this problem. Jim Patrick
