That's an easy question. No.

Garrett County didn't exist. Garrett County was formed from Allegany, which was formed in 1789 from Washington Co., formed in 1776 from Frederick County.

There is an incomplete census of 1776, which covers much of Frederick Co., no DRAKE.

BRUMBAUGH & HODGES' Rev. Records of MD, Oaths of Fidelity, 1778:
Robert DRAKE, Wm. DEAKINS' return, Montgomery Co.
Joseph DRAKE, John STULL's return, Washington Co.

Margaret MYERS' Marriage Licenses of Fredk. Co.. MD:
Wm. DRAKE, 17 Oct. 1780, Elizth. HINCKLE.

MANUEL's Marriage Licenses of Montg. Co., MD, 1798 - 1898:
Wallie T. DRAKE, 16 Aug. 1898, Florence M. RACHE.

Do you have the names and approximate dates for a specific married couple named DRAKE?
