The Williamsport Leader says that Mr. James Flynn, of Four Locks, has been confined in the asylum at Hagerstown, for insanity, He becomes so wild at times that he has to be chained.

Fannie Wagner, a servant girl in a family in Northwest Baltimore, committed suicide by turning on the gas and allowing herself to be suffocated.
