Richard Messick 1767 DEL to 1857 TN

In the 1850 Coffee County TN Census, Richard Messick is reported to have been b. DE ca 1767, m. ca 1789 Catherine Kohneaver b. ca 1757 PA, moved to Surry County, NC, ca 1790, then moved to Coffee County, TENN, prior to 1826 and d. in TENN ca 1857. I am attempting to locate corroboration of any of these events and dates. Can anyone help me find documentation of Richard's birth? When and where was he born? Who are his parents? When and where was he married?
