I am trying to help a friend find his grandfathers parents. I see that MD has passed the law that keeps the court houses from giving out that information, so I am hoping someone else can help me. His grandfather was Robert Nelson b Dec 15, 1890. He said his grandfather was born in the Chesapeake Bay area. All of my searches on Chesapeake Bay came up to Somerset MD, so I hope that is right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
