Hi Laura,
I wish I could help but at this time I do not have anymore information on the Evans that stayed in Maryland. I have been looking though, my William Evans and Zepporah Ellingsworth moved after 1850. I believe that family stayed in or near Berlin, Worcester Co., MD but am unaware of who they were. You would think that someone would know. I believe that these famlies probably lived in the area for a long time. I do alot of queries and research so I will keep your names in mind when searching. Good Luck!
