Methodist Epis. Church in Somerset

"13 Jan 1804 Joshua Hall sold to James Tilghman, Henry H. Curtis, Josiah Coulbourn, Tubman Mitchell, Samuel Ford, John Hall and Lazarus Maddux, part (of Hall's Adventure) in trust for a meeting house for use of the Methodist Epis. Church to be called Madduxes Meeting House. (later Curtis Chapel)". Does anyone have any info about a church of this name built in Somerset? My ancestor, Samuel Ford, was a ME minister. Am wondering if this was the church where he preached. Or does anyone know a source for ME ministers of that time and area. Thanks, Judy
