Hello Rachel Burns.

I have this book called:
"Worcester County Marriage Licenses, 1795-1865, by Mary Beth and Vanessa Long, Family Line Publishing, 1990".

'KELLY' not KELLEY.... Also note that the date shown may not be the actual marriage day, but the date they 'applied' for a marriage license. You may be researching in the wrong direction if you stay with Kelley, verses KELLY.??? The spelling of this surname could have changed the previous generation???

William KELLY md. Rebecca Bowden, 07 June 1849.

page 153.
Thomas H. KELLY md. Martha J. Richardson, 15 March 1864.

Elijah KELLY md. Elizabeth Handcock, 03 Jan. 1852.

Elijah KELLY md. Elizabeth Gladden, 02 March 1848.

Sorry, nothing on a Ellen Kelly or Kelley, nor any thing on Charles Richardson marrying an Ellen. Ellen must have married after these dates 1795-1865. Her birth date you give would indicate this. Or, may be they married in another county?
