Need ORIGINAL Marriage License Lookup from 1886

Here is my problem. Anna Coston m. Jasper B. Franklin 19 Sep 1886 in Worcester County. I cannot find Anna ANYWHERE in any of the censes, and I tried Accomack VA too. I'm wondering if "Anna Coston" is correct or if the original records list her parents. Can anyone advise me on this?
