John A. J. Brumbley

Is it possible that John A. J. Brumbley from the 1850 Census at age 20 is the same man who married in 1856 Mary King in Delaware as Adam Brombley, and is in the 1860 census as John Brumbley with wife Mary and son Isaac J. age 3? Isaac James Brumbley was born 1857. In the 1850 census John A. J. is in the h/h of Charlotte (his widowed mother I think). Who was Charlotte's husband? I need a direction to go next to prove Isaac's parents.
