Hi Pamela. I have this book....

Worcester County Marriage Licenses, 1795-1865, by Mary Beth and Venssa Long, Family Line Publications, 1990.

Please note that this date may not be the actual marriage date, but it is the date they applied for a license. Many times the date is both.

But it doesn't have any James Wise, but it does have a Betsey, Catherine, Tabitha T. and a Thomas Evans. If you think any of these folks are yours, and want me to look up their spouse and marriage date, email me.
