The lists of births and marriages printed in the second volume of Joseph Williamson's "History of the City of Belfast" are now online:
Births:

Williamson consulted both Belfast records and local newspapers in compiling the lists, which include records of former and future residents of the city. In the case of births, "a personal canvass of the families of the city proper, and of the outlying districts, was made by competent persons familiar with the localities."
The list of deaths included in the same volume will follow in weeks to come.
