I am looking for any information on the Coffin family of Palermo ME. The earliest member that I have found is John Coffin, born in MA in 1810 (I have no further information about him) it seems that he died after mustering out of Civil war service somewhere between 1863 and 1870. He married Olive W Bailey in 1845; they had Margarette in 1848, Alice and Albion in September 1849, Llewellyn in 1852, Laura in 1853, Susan E in 1855 and Emma J in 1859. Albion married Mary P Heath in 1873 in Liberty; they had Alice A 1874-1948, Perlie Eugene in 1876, George Wesley in 1877, Nellie R in 1879, Ezra Allen in 1881, Benjamin Llewellyn in 1886, Viola M 1888-1969 anf John W 1891-1891. Ezra married Charlotte May Tobey in 1908, then became involved with Dora Dupont and had at least 4 children with her in the Bath / Bowdoin area; Frances Gwendolyn 1917-1993, Beulah Maxine in 1919, Ezra Allen 1921-2000 and Winfield Wesley 1922-1980.
Any information about any member of this family would be greatly appreciated, but Ezra Allen born 1881 is my particular interest. I have been unable to find any death information for him nor have I been able to find any marriage information with Dora Dupont.
